How to refer bereaved parents

"Walk With You serves families experiencing the loss of a child from pregnancy to young adulthood. They help with making funeral decisions, can assist with funeral/burial costs, help your support system know how to best support you, connect you to other child loss resources and support when you're ready, and can get you in touch with a parent who has lost a child to walk with you through the whole first year. I am sure this feels really overwhelming right now and the last thing you want to do is reach out for support. But...Walk With You can help carry some of this burden. The contact form is simple: name, email, and brief description of your (anticipated) loss, and then they take it from there. Would you like me to fill out the form for you or sit with you while you fill it out?"
